Added the Cultural Attitudes page. Added Requires Assistance to the Enhancements and Limitations page.
Updated the psionics page increasing the force allowed per power level and adding the numbers for leveling force off as power increases.
Added the Hard to Kill divisor option and a note on skill specialization to house rules. Added the Increased Attack Range enhancement.
Added the Softechnics skill.
Added the The Logres Cluster campaign.
Added the Attack Enhancement.
House Rules for Languages were added. GURPS skills were clarified.
The Psionic Power Table was added to my Psionic Supplements page.
The The Ministry of Inquiry page was completely updated and the Bora-lo page was added.
House Rules were added covering damage resistance and hit points. Information was added to GURPS Advantages about Strikers. The cost of these advantages was decreased, with generic information added to strikers making them also suitable for designing personal weapon-gadgets.
Personal Experience was added to House Rules.
The RPG Glossary was completely updated.
All pages were checked for spelling.
A "permutations" section (under development) was added to the development ratings page.
Information was added about dealing with the scope of abilities like Contacts and Area Knowledge.
The presentation of the site changed to permit sidebars on every page. Non-frames browsers are still supported. The system is still being revised to make the best use with this new format.
The RPG Glossary is now a major section, and can also be accessed through glossary links to the sidebar. Terms have been completely updated through "S."
Different colors are now used to distinguish between links within the site, links outside the site, and links to definitions (in supporting browsers).
Revisions began on Development Ratings to make them more generic and less world and system dependent. The page has been revised through the end of Arcane Rating.
The "What's New" sidebar was created and linked to the main page.
