Most races have one or more pantheons devoted to their needs. Dragons, however, seem to have never felt the need for powerful supernatural beings to aid them. Even today, they mostly ignore the members of the council (along with most other gods), and a dragon seems as likely to worship a non-dragon or imaginary diety as a draconic diety.
The Primus Draco Concilium has members from several different pantheons. About all they have in common is that they are racially dragons and have a interest in the dragon races.
Lesser God of Protection and Rule. Also called Fai Lin and Draco Paladine. There are suspicions that Bayamat is actually a greater diety, but this has not been proven. Shares a love/hate relationship with Tiamat.
Greater God of Lifespan and Fate. Rumored to be a temporal god. Typically appears as an oriental type dragon.
Demigod of Breath Weapons. Dahak is a winged dragon with several heads.
Lesser Goddess of Draconic Capriciousness. Also called Aasterinian.
Greater God of Predation and Combat. May appear as any type of dragon. Drakkamar is a fierce predator, always hungry, always ready to hunt. He despises all creatures except dragons. There are many stories of his attempts to kill Maximillian before that worthy joined the council.
Lesser God of Prosperity and Conversation. Also called Sardior, and called upon for help dealing with Earth.
Supreme God of Dragons, Government, and Royalty. Also called Io. He is said to appear to godlings intending to study the sphere of Dragons and convince them to study another sphere. He is known to be on good terms with the rulers of the Celestial Bureaucracy and the Japanese pantheon. Although he may have once been a member of the Celestial Bureaucracy, and may still do favors for them, he now operates independently. His typical form is that of an oriental dragon some 250 yards long.
Godling studying the sphere of Variation. Newest member of the council. Maximillian's common form is more humanoid than most dragons, and, unlike most draconic deities, he has no reluctance about supplementing his natural abilities with technology. He is often called upon for aid with shapeshifting and technology.
Demigod of Rule. Lord Midnight is a black, multi-headed wingless dragon of hydra extraction.
Demigod of Forests. Also called upon for help dealing with Homes or Lairs.
Lesser God of Secrets and Water. Naelyan typically appears as a legless, wingless, serpent with scales of mother-of-pearl.
Lesser God of Vengeance and Fire. Also called Fafnir. Western dragon.
Parz was a Lesser diety with the sphere of Fear. However, she was recently killed, and her planes captured. She is noted here because she may have had enough hidden base to recover, and may yet reappear. If she reappears, it will be as a demigod.
Supported Demigod of Magic. Sopharios can appear in nearly any form, but enjoys appearing as a feathered serpent with feathers in many shades of green and yellow. Sopharios is much more social than most members of the council and is often joined by friends with varied capabilities.
Lesser God of Power and Breath Weapons. Also called Takhisis. Origin lies in the pantheon which were precursors to the Babylonian, and is said to be the oldest member of the council. She is rumored to be a creator god. She may be greater diety. She's up and down the ladder of divine power so many time that many deities have difficulty remembering what her current rank is. She shares a love/hate relationship with Bayamat. She appears as a multicolored dragon with several heads, either winged or wingless.
Lesser God of Freedom, and Air and Storms. Also called Sairys. Origin lies in the Indian pantheon.
Supported Demigod of Flight.
Every dragon-god is unique. In general, they appreciate honor, politeness, and gifts, but don't like obsequiousness or dependence. They appreciate flattery, but are never fooled by it. They are aloof until the balance is disturbed, and then unrestrained in their actions. (Of course, each has a different idea of what disturbs the balance.)
Draconic magic concentrates on flow and balance.
